Almere 5 October 2022 – Enrich, one of Europe’s fastest growing providers of converged contact solutions backed by independent investment firm Waterland Private Equity (« Waterland »), is further strengthening its presence in the Netherlands and Denmark, thus continuing its strategy to purchase and long-term construction. With the addition of Dutch ICT provider Contict BV (« Contict ») and Danish service provider Datel ApS (« Datel »), Enreach enhances its leading position in these markets and adds more skills and productivity solutions along with greater scalability in its voice and connectivity business. This opens up significant new synergies for both companies, particularly through the operational integration and cross-selling opportunities of Enreach’s broad portfolio.

Contict, founded in 2006, is a full-service ICT provider serving over 500 SMEs in the north and east of the Netherlands. Contict offers its customers a strong track record and strong track record in selling cloud communication solutions and other intelligent cloud services. Datel, founded in 1983 and now operating as a member of the KLC Erhverv franchise, serves over 1,000 businesses across Denmark with comprehensive workplace and business telephony solutions and further strengthens Enreach’s leading presence in the Danish market. The addition of Contict and Datel to Enreach will unlock new opportunities for customers in both countries by diversifying the suite of products available, including Enreach’s innovative portfolio of communication and collaboration solutions.

Converging contact solutions
The two acquisitions represent a significant step in Enreach’s growth strategy to become a pan-European market leader in converged contact solutions. Rather than just providing functionality, this approach allows Enreach to tap into an ecosystem of powerful productivity tools that extend far beyond the capabilities associated with unified communications (UC) and align much better with customers’ ever-changing needs.
